Snow Business Editors Note: Snow Business made every effort to identify and contact snow companies that qualify for this list. We contacted companies throughout the first half of 2004 via an advertisement in Snow Business magazine (reaching approximately 35,000 snow professionals), a form faxed to several thousand companies, as well as many phone calls. Certain companies that would have qualified are absent because they elected not to publicly disclose their revenue figures. An asterisk next to a company name means that company's 2003 snow revenue was estimated based on projections provided at the end of the winter. This list is purely financial, based solely on 2003 (Jan. 2003 - Dec. 2003) snow revenue. As a result, inclusion or exclusion in the list should not be viewed as a comment on a company's quality, but simply on its sale figures. Revenues reported from Canadian companies were converted to U.S. dollars using the exchange rate of 1 USD = 1.366878 CAD.
